Let's Talk! - Individual & Relationship Counselling
Duration: 50 minutes

My primary approach is person-centred therapy, but I can call on other approaches if needed, such as Gestalt and existential ideas and attachment theories. I have worked with people experiencing relationship difficulties, separation, divorce, grief, dementia, anxiety, depression and adult and childhood trauma.
Is a humanistic approach. The ethos is that, the individual has within himself or herself vast resources for self-understanding, for altering his or her self-concept, attitudes and self-directed behaviour - and that these resources can be tapped into when the individual is in an accepting and non-judgmental climate of facilitation (Roger, 1961).
Life can be overwhelming at times, managing your emotions and experiences can be very challenging. Voicing your expectations and fears to someone who is skilled to listen can help you make sense of it all.
I can offer you a safe, confidential and relaxing environment in which we can explore what has brought you to counselling. Together, we can creatively explore by using visualisation, body-mind awareness or experimentation, even walk and talk in the outside space, whatever may help.
